    Description

      Fixing JBIDE-11624 required adding a dependency on Dali to org.jboss.tools.maven.core.
      Long term, proper fix requires we move all maven-based hibernate library providers to org.jboss.tools.maven.hibernate
      and remove the Dali dependency from org.jboss.tools.maven.core.
