CND Editor Opens In A Dirty State When Qualified Name Has Undeclared Qualifier

If a node type definition name has a qualifier that has not been declared as a namespace mapping prefix, the CND editor will open with changes pending (dirty state). This is because the node type definition name qualifier is being removed.
