Runtime created from within wizard isn't in "Target Runtime" combo box

      EXEC: Activate some wizard from central. For example RichFaces Project
      EXEC: In Requirements section select server/runtime -> click Install...
      EXEC: In preferences (which just popped up) add path to server -> add server/runtime -> click OK
      EXEC: Back in New Project Example wizard click next to get to second page of wizard
      ASSERT: Just added runtime should be in "Target Runtime" combo box.
      ERROR: It isn't there.

      After creating server and runtime, close wizard and activate it again.

      When installing server and server runtime from within New Project Example wizard (JBoss Quickstarts and Create Projects sections in central), the server isn't in combo box "Target Runtime" on the second page of wizard.
