When removing WTP project from OpenShift server adapter the built war file is not deleted from deployments directory

    Description

      When I have an OpenShift adapter configured and I add a WTP project the project is correctly built and the war file placed into deployments directory. However, when I remove the project from server the war file is not deleted.

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. JBIDE-11241 openshift remove a binary does not remove it from deployments folder
