Selecting text using Left Arrow + Shift in VPE doesn't work

    Description

      1. Create JSF 1.2 Kickstart project
      2. Create new empty jsp page
      3. Type some text as new page text
      4. Try to select part of the text in VPE using Left Arrow + Shift longer than 1 character

      FAILURE: Not possible to select text longer than 1 character
