Runtime detection should recognize Seam 2.3

      While adding new Seam runtime as Seam 2.2 runtime, filling Home Folder text field to unzipped content of http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2250171/jboss-seam-2.3.0-SNAPSHOT-distribution-jsf2.tar.gz and set up Version to 2.2 (as 2.3 is not in list box), dialog shows Error message "Cannot find jboss-seam.jar file" and the dialog can't be finished to save that Seam runtime.

      The jboss-seam-2.3.0-SNAPSHOT-distribution-jsf2.tar.gz contains jboss-seam.jar in lib sub directory as standard Seam 2.2.2.Final distribution.
