Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go to project properties on any project
2.Select "Project Facets"
3.Click on "Convert to faceted form.."
4.In "Configuration" combobox select "Dynamic Web Project with Seam 2.2" item
5.Click on "Apply"
6.Error window occurs with "Failed while installing Dynamic Web Module 2.5"

There is just java.lang.NullPointerException in error details. On second attempt works selection fine.
