Unable to connect to the Teiid Server

      1) install soa + eds
      2) uncomment 'admin=admin' in the soa-users.properties
      3) add 'admin=teiid' to the teiid-security-users.properties

      4) try to create teiid server with the credentials as shown on the attached screenshot.
