Can create a new application even though there's no domain yet

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have an account on OpenShit, that has no domain yet
      2. EXEC: launch the OpenShift Application wizard
      3. EXEC: provide valid credentials and get to the 2nd wizard page
      4. ASSERT: check that you have no value in the Domain name field (you musn't have a domain yet!)
      5. EXEC: check if "New" is enabled.

      Result:
      "New" is enabled even though you have no domain yet.

      Expected result:
      You cannot create applications as long as you dont have a domain. You have to create a domain first. "New" should be disabled.
