Can't override default required maven archetype properties in Project Examples

In order to fix JBIDE-10407 (caused by RF-11802), we need to be able to override the default richfaces 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT version used in the archetype by 4.1.0.CR2.

But the logic in src/org/jboss/tools/maven/project/examples/wizard/ArchetypeExamplesWizardPage.java is messed up, causing overriding values being overridden by the default ones
