JBoss Perspective: Add Package Explorer

    Description

      The Package Explorer is where you can see the Maven Dependencies and select "Materialize Library..." from the context-menu.

      Plus, the Package Explorer is often prefered over the Project Explorer. Location should be the same as the Project Explorer.
