Use new Seam icon

      We need to update from the baseball icon to the new "stitch" icon that James Cobb developed.

      Testcase
      -------------
      1. EXECUTE: RHDS/JBossTools
      2. ASSERT: Icons are updated to new one for:

      • Seam View: View Icon and Seam Project icon in a tree
      • Seam Pespective: perspective icon
      • Seam new Wizard actions icons in new menu on Seam perspective (Action, Form, Conversation, Entity, Seam Web Project)
      • Seam new Wizard icons in New dialog (the same as previous step + Seam Components File)
      • Seam Wizard banners for all actions mentioned above should have seam Icon as primary or image decorated by new Seam icon.
      • Seam Welcome screen Create new and Perspectives section seam related items should have new Seam icon
