      Steps to reproduce:

      1. New JPA Project
      2. Enter required project name, hit Next
      3. Leave defaults, hit Next
      4. Change JPA Implementation radio group to "Use implementation library"

      Only selection available is <None>. Attempt to configure default JPA library does not offer Hibernate, TopLink or any other libraries.
