The current version of the org.jberet.support.io.BeanIOItemWriter does not allow to configure the 'writeMode', i.e. whether to overwrite a file or append to it.

Because the functionality is present in other ItemWriters, i.e. the CsvItemWriter, it seems natural to support this configuration also in the BeanIOItemWriter.

Default should be 'overwrite' to match the current behaviour.
