Support Common JobOperator Operations in JBeret Camel Component

JBeret Camel component should be able to not only start a job via Camel, but also perform common job operations available from JobOperator, such as stop a job execution, restart a job execution, abandon a job execution, etc, similar to what can be achieved thru jberet-rest-api.
