Add jberet-ui as the front-end for jberet-rest-api

XMLWordPrintable

the front-end can be packaged inside batch applications to access jberet-rest-api. Or jberet-ui module (its dist/ directory content) can be transferred to the web server and run on its own, and connect to the backend REST API in the batch app deployed in application server.

The similar module exists for both spring batch and jbatch.
