ROLLBACK_COUNT not incremented for retryable exceptions from reader or processor

      When a retryable exception occurred in a writer, the metric ROLLBACK_COUNT is incremented. But when the same happened in reader or processor, ROLLBACK_COUNT is not incremented.

      The transaction is correctly rolled back in all those cases.
