AuthConfigFactory.getFactory() checking wrong permission.

      The method currently performs the following check: -

            //Validate the caller permission
      SecurityManager sm = System.getSecurityManager();
      if (sm != null)
         sm.checkPermission(new SecurityPermission("getFactory"));

      However it is supposed to be using 'getFactorySecurityPermission'.
