      http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.jboss.spec.javax.servlet.jstl/jboss-jstl-api_1.2_spec/1.0.3.Final shows a dependency to xalan:xalan:2.7.1.jbossorg-2 that is not on central repositories.

      It should be 2.7.1
