    Description

      MSC optional dependencies are broken and we need to get rid of them.
      We don't want our customers to use them at all. We plan to
      remove support for MSC optional dependencies in next major release.
      For this release we will just issue console warnings to inform users
      optional dependencies are being used in deployments.
