      There is this text in documentation:

      In JBoss EAP 7.1, you can use the input-stream-index and target-path operation. For example:

      But "input-stream-index" is attribute, not operation. "target-path" is attribute too. This text would be better:

      In JBoss EAP 7.1, you can use CLI for attaching file to management operation. For example, you can use the input-stream-index and target-path attribute of add-content operation for deployments:
