Issue description:
At the end of section 3.1.2. Secure the Management Interfaces with a New Identity Store there is note which uses term "management interface". However it talks about "http management interface" not about "management interface".

Suggestions for improvement:
Change "management interface" to "http management interface" in the note at the end of section 3.1.2. Secure the Management Interfaces.
