[RN] Flushing Datasource Connections

The Flushing Datasource Connections section (about EAP7-487) talks only about data sources, but we should mention that the same flushing functionality is now supported on resource adapters as well. It's probably not necessary to include the equivalent CLI commands for resource adapter connections, data source commands should be enough, but we should mention that the same applies to resource adapter connections.
