The first step Add a user on the master domain controller. covers to much configuration in unstructured way. There is also seemingly unrelated link to descriptions how to secure deployments. There is mentioned a DomainRealm but is not used in the example.

Suggestion of improvements:

• Add more structure to the description of the first step Add a user on the master domain controller.
• Add relevant references to other sections and books. Add explanation what to look for (if necessary).
