This paragraph is very detailed compared to other paragraphs. It even contains navigation steps in web console. Other paragraphs doesn't contain navigation steps and such detailed info should be covered in Configuring Messaging Guide (where it is actually) not release notes.
Please remove navigation procedure from this paragraph.
