Update content of Transaction Monitoring GUI Support paragraph in new features chapter of EAP 7.1.0.Alpha release notes

This paragraph seems to refer to EAP7-321 RFE. This RFE contains following features:

• Enhanced transaction subsystem metrics (several statistics were added)
• Pooled statistics were added to the metrics of every datasource
• The list of pooled connection factories with their pool statistics were added to the messaging metrics

Please change the content of the paragraph
Provides Transaction Monitoring tooling and integrates with management console and management CLI so that administrators can configure, monitor, analyze and recover from supported XA and non-XA transaction resources such as JDBC and JMS resources.
to something like:
Provides enhanced transaction subsystem metrics as well as metrics of transaction resources such as JDBC and JMS resources in the web console.

You can add CLI to the description if you want to join description of EAP7-321 with description of EAP7-498, EAP7-587, EAP7-589.
