Missing instructions to install jboss-quickstarts-parent into local Maven repository in quickstarts

For the quickstarts with client applications to work, jboss-quickstart-parent artifact has to be installed in Maven repository. Since that will not be delivered as of JBoss EAP 7.1.0.DR12 and 7.1.0.DR13, a workaround should be added to readme files of affected quickstarts.
