[7.0] 13.5. Hibernate Services

Suggestions for improvement:

• typo in the implementation class is know as the service implementation - should be "known"
• missing code highlighting on several places, e.g. addInitiator method, addService method, org.hibernate.service.spi.BasicServiceInitiator class, etc.
• weird beginning of the sentence Either approach the adding a service approach..., please try to rephrase it.
• too long lines in Example. Use ServiceRegistryBuilder to Replace an Existing Service with a Custom Service and Example. Using BootstrapServiceRegistryBuilder - please try to break the lines so there is no need for horizontal scrollbar
• 13.5.6.2. Using BootstrapServiceRegistryBuilder contains only an example, no text - I'd suggest moving the example into 13.5.6.1. About the Boot-strap Registry and remove the empty 13.5.6.2. Using BootstrapServiceRegistryBuilder
• redundant "is" in This service is provides Hibernate an abstraction
• is 13.5.7.1. SessionFactory Registry really needed under 13.5.7. The SessionFactory Registry? I'd suggest moving the content of 13.5.7.1. SessionFactory Registry into 13.5.7. The SessionFactory Registry and remove the empty 13.5.7.1. SessionFactory Registry
• use third instead of 3rd in the note in 13.5.8.1. Integrators
• With 5.0 we plan... && code scheduled for completion in 5.0 - 5.0 what? In case Hibernate 5.0, this is outdated
