Unable to start Slave host after Master was restarted with enabled RBAC

      2 instances of EAP (master and slave)

      1. start master with host-master.xml: bin/domain.sh -Djboss.domain.base.dir=domain/ --host-config=host-master.xml
      2. change port number in <socket interface="management" port="${jboss.management.native.port:9999}"/> in host-slave.xml on slave instance in order to avoid port conflict (e.g. to 19999)
      3. start slave with host-slave.xml: bin/domain.sh -Djboss.domain.base.dir=domain/ --host-config=host-slave.xml -Djboss.domain.master.address=127.0.0.1
      4. enable RBAC: /core-service=management/access=authorization:write-attribute(name=provider,value=rbac)
      5. reload servers: :reload-servers
      6. shut down master
      7. start master again
      8. (optionally) shut down and start slave as well
