As a consequence of JBEAP-9045 I noticed that horizontal scrollbar is missing on Datasource Setup panel in French installation so that user is unable to see whole fields.

We should avoid having horizontal scrolling on any screen (by wraping text or balancing widths) but when it is needed it should be displayed.
Please note that I am able to scroll horizontally using left/right arrow when focus is on some button.
Also please note that I can also do this manual horizontal scrolling on the same screen and Security Domain screen in other languages too although all content fit the width.
