Installer - keep both .bat/.ps1 and .sh files for all platforms

    Description

      Currently Installer removes .sh files when on Windows, removes .bat files when on Linux/Solaris/HP-UX.

      This is unwanted feature from patching perspective and can cause troubles now or in future.

      Please keep both .bat/.ps1 and .sh files for all platforms.
