Error applying patch through CLI

    Description

      When applying patch through jboss-cli.bat, if the patch modifies jboss-cli.[bat|sh] file itself, it might causes very strange behavior.

      When running a .bat or .sh script, if the script changes itself, the command line interpreter loads the changes and continues running the script on same line number but now with different lines. This might lead to very strange behavior.
