Major and minor versions of datasource wizard are unnecessary

      "Create Datasource" wizard, [Configuration -> Subsystems -> Datasources -> Non-XA or XA -> add], has uncessary input fields of "Major Version" and "Minor Version". Those are something hard-coded in a JDBC driver and no need to input.
