[7.0] Messaging - Update removing old journals section once EAP with fix is released

In Data Replication and removing old journal directories section there is a note about new mechanism which deletes old journals automatically. However there is a known issue.

When EAP with the fix is released, update text to provide exact EAP version since which the issue is fixed.
