I have found strange str element in langpacks/spa.xml, lanpacks/por.xml.
There is str element with nextmedia.filedesc id that has rdid attribute instead of txt attribute.
There is no other str element with this rdid attribtue which is the reason why it looks strange to me.
Moreover, other langpacks's str element with the same id do not have rdid attribute but txt attr.
