Docs: add 'disable-file-watch-service' into the servlet-container Attributes

    Description

      In the configuration guide in Table A.37. servlet-container Attributes, there is missing newly introduced disable-file-watch-service. Please add this attribute into the list.

      NOTE: this attribute is available since EAP7.1 and effectively overrides previously introduced system-property io.undertow.disable-file-system-watcher, see also JBEAP-5079.
