Issue description:
(1) Log handlers under Log Handler Types are described in singular form except the Periodic - sentence: Periodic log handlers write log messages to a named file until a specified period of time has elapsed.
(2) Redundant "to" in sentence: A custom log handler enables to you to configure new types of log handlers that have been implemented.

Suggestions for improvement:
(1) Use singular form for periodic log handler, too: Periodic log handler writes log messages to a named file until a specified period of time has elapsed.
(2) A custom log handler enables you to configure new types of log handlers that have been implemented.
