Configuration Guide: Wrong attribute description in A.11. Deployment Scanner Attributes

Issue description:
Appendix A.11. Deployment Scanner Attributes of Configuration Guide reads out the following

relative-to | jboss.server.base.dir | Reference to a file system path defined by path.

This attribute does not depend on path defined in path attribute of deployment scanner. Attribute description in EAP itself states:

Reference to a filesystem path defined in the "paths" section of the server configuration.

The "paths" in this description refer to File System Paths.
