Configuration Guide: Inconsistent table numbering in appendices

Issue description
The table numbering of tables within appendices of Configuration Guide is not consistent with numbering of appendices. In addition to that, some appendices have tables without numbering.

Proposed fix
Since some of the appendices have multiple tables and some have none, the tables in appendix A.x should be numbered A.x.y.
