HHH-11889 AndNationalizedTests, SimpleNationalizedTest and UseNationalizedCharDataSettingTest failing on PostgreSQL

    Description

      An attribute converted by an AttributeConverter<Name,String> is a VARCHAR in PostgreSQL while AndNationalizedTests asserts it is NVARCHAR. Not sure how to resolve this - is the test wrong, or schema generation?
