Missing reference to two-way SSL and other issues in authentication with certificates documentation

Section: 2.5. Configure Authentication with Certificates

Issue description:

• There is Important where is stated that two-way SSL must be configured, but there is no reference where to find such configuration.
• There is double "must" in the second Important.
• Step 7 requires reload, which is not mentioned.

Suggestion for improvements:

• Add link to 2.2.6. Enable Two-Way SSL/TLS for the Management Interfaces using the Elytron Subsystem section of How to Configure Server Security book.
• Remove the extra "must".
• Add reload to step 7 CLI.
