Enhancements to Path configuration in Web Console

There are several enhancements that can be done on view for configuring Paths:

• table/list of current path could somehow indicate if the path is read-only or not (ie. lock icon?)
• based on selected path in that list, Remove button should be disabled for read-only paths, enabled for user paths
• relative-to field in dialog for adding a new path could has suggestions for current paths already defined
