[7.1] Migration Guide: fix the supported migration paths of migration tool

      Migration guide currently stands:

      3.2. Use the JBoss Server Migration Tool 
This version supports migration of standalone servers from JBoss EAP 6.4 to JBoss EAP 7.1 
and from JBoss EAP 7.0 to JBoss EAP 7.1.

      Migration tool currently supports only EAP 6.4 -> 7.0 migration. 6.4 -> 7.1 and 7.0 -> 7.1 should be covered by EAP7-93 (CMTOOL-78).

      Since migration tool lifecycle is not synchronized with EAP, it's possible that * -> EAP 7.1 support won't be available by the time EAP 7.1 is GA.
