EAP_HOME/bin/init.d folder is not productized

      EAP_HOME/bin/init.d folder is not productized. There are these files:

      • wildfly.conf
      • wildfly-init-debian.sh
      • wildfly-init-redhat.sh

      There should be:

      • jboss-as.conf (instead of wildfly.conf)
      • jboss-as.sh (instead of wildfly-init-redhat.sh)

      File content shouldn't contain information about wildfly too ...
