Force webservices/tests-integration dependency to netty version used in container

The webservices tests-integration pom.xml needs an explicit dependency to io.netty:netty-all to ensure the version that's in the container eventually ends up being used by Artemis. Without this, Artemis currently pulls in a newer Netty version that it actually isn't properly integrated with.
