nziakova@redhat.com mentioned a while ago that a separate QE team reviews the Apache HTTP Server Installation Guide and Apache HTTP Server 2.4 Release Notes documents. She asked if we could move them to a separate repository.

• The JWS team mainly handles this content as is almost identical to JWS and will replace the httpd in JWS eventually, too.
