      1. Start server with deployed <jms-queue name="testQueue0" entries="jms/queue/testQueue0 java:jboss/exported/jms/queue/testQueue0"/>
      2. Call JMSServerControl.destroyQueue("testQueue0")
      3. Stop server
      4. See standalone-full-ha.xml, the testQueue0 still exists
