Book: Using JBoss EAP on Microsoft Azure

Issue description:
1. Several places in the guide use EAP_HOME as placeholder for installation path (e.g. EAP_HOME/bin/jboss-cli.sh)
There are 2 places in section 7.2, where the placeholder is not used correctly - it's prefixed with './' (dot-slash)
2. In the example in section 7.2 is missing command. Instead of ./EAP_HOME/bin/ -b 172.28.0.2 ... there should be {{EAP_HOME/bin/standalone.sh -b 172.28.0.2 ...}

Suggestions for improvement:
1. Remove the './' EAP_HOME prefix.
2. Add missing standalone.sh into the example.
