[7.1] Remove 'version-' prefix from the document-attributes for links between books

      The document-attributes.adoc file contains variables for the links to the various books. The links are all defined with a 'version-' prefix for the version number. That is no longer valid. The URLs need to be updated to remove the version number and add the /single/ before the guide name. For example:

      Change:

      :LinkGettingStartedGuide: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/{DocInfoProductName}/version-{DocInfoProductNumber}/getting-started-guide/

      To:

      :LinkGettingStartedGuide: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/{DocInfoProductName}/{DocInfoProductNumber}/single/getting-started-guide/
