[DOC RFE] Allow for custom trust manager for web layer SSL Context creation

Provide ability to customize the SSL handling of the webserver via configuration.

This capability should already exists in Undertow; via the SSLContext configuration in Wildfly which would be done as part of the broader effort to unify SSL config. It is captured here for QE, Documentaiton and other productization.
